INTERPRO: InterPro provides functional analysis of proteins by classifying them into families and predicting domains and important sites. It combines protein signatures from a number of member databases into a single searchable resource.
A vocabulary is always identified by its short name and sometimes it may offer multiple sub-vocabularies with different names. Both are listed below.
