Description

An F6 recombinant inbred population consisting of 205 lines was developed by the single-seed descent method from a cross between Bala/Azucena. A linkage map contained 101 RFLP and 34 AFLP markers and total map distance was 1680 cM. The map has been updated based on recent data from the same lab. The marker and map data for this population are kindly provided by Dr. A. H. Price.
